How to manage subscriptions

How to choose subscription options

1. Open RuStore.

2. Click on the bottom menu.

3. Click on your account name.

4. In the "Subscriptions" section, select the desired subscription.

5. In the window that opens, click "Subscription Options".

6. Choose the required conditions.

7. Click "Subscribe".

 

How to check your subscription payment method

1. Open RuStore.

2. Click on the bottom menu.

3. Click on your account name.

4. In the "Subscriptions" section, select the desired subscription.

5. Go to the subscription.

6. Find information about the payment method - bank card or phone number from which the payment will be paid.

 

How to cancel a subscription

1. Open RuStore.

2. Click on the bottom menu.

3. Click on your account name.

4. In the "Subscriptions" section, select the desired subscription.

5. In the window that opens, click "Cancel a Subscription".

Subscription auto-renewal will be canceled, the money will no longer be debited from the card.

How to renew your subscription

1. If you have cancelled your subscription but the paid period has not yet expired, you can renew it. Withdrawals will be on schedule - money will be withdrawn from the same payment method as before the cancellation.

2. Open RuStore.

3. Click on the bottom menu.

4. Click on your account name.

5. In the Subscriptions section, select the cancelled subscription.

6. Click "Renew Subscription."
