VK ID Authentication in Your App

Integrate the VK ID SDK into your app to set up VK ID as the primary or an additional authentication method for your users. This is a free and secure tool available to all developers registered in the RuStore Console.

Benefits​

  • One-tap authentication via the One Tap button and other sign-in methods are available for users.
  • Provides the user's up-to-date phone number, which is regularly validated.
  • Enables you to request information on whether the user's account is verified and if their full name, gender, and date of birth are current.

Integrating the VK ID SDK​

To start using the VK ID SDK, follow these steps:

  1. Open the RuStore Console and switch to the Tools tab.
  2. Click on your application's name.
  3. Select VK ID Authentication from the left menu.
  4. Click Go to the Tool at the bottom of the page and log in to the VK ID authentication service dashboard.
  5. Register your app in the dashboard and install the VK ID SDK. For more details on how to do this, see the VK ID Integration Plan.
